Venture Vibes Return & Exchange Policy
We get it — life with little adventurers can be unpredictable. If something doesn’t work out, no worries. We want you (and your family) to love your Venture Vibes gear as much as we do.
Free U.S. exchanges and store credit returns within 15 days of delivery.
All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in like-new condition — ready for their next adventure.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free and easy! Just contact us to start your exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Store Credit
- If you’d rather take your time to find the perfect fit, returns for store credit are also free within 15 days of delivery.
Refunds to Original Payment
- Prefer a refund instead? No problem — returns to your original payment method are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- A small 10% handling fee will be applied.
International Orders
- Due to customs restrictions, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the U.S. or to military addresses.
Please Note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Clearance and Final Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Apparel must be clean, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if items aren’t received in new condition.
Damaged Products
If you receive any damaged products, Venture Vibes will replace them. Please email our support team at support@venture-vibes.co within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s).
