Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your little adventurers to love your Venture Vibes gear! If something doesn’t work out, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for items in unwashed, like-new condition.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges: Free within 15 days. A credit card may be required to ensure the correct item is returned.
• Store Credit: Free within 15 days of delivery.
• Refunds to Original Payment: Accepted within 15 days. A 10% handling fee applies.
• International Orders: Due to customs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges outside the U.S.

Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition
• Free of stains, odors, or pet hair
• Returned with tags and original packaging

We reserve the right to adjust or deny returns not meeting these conditions.
