At Venture Vibes, we’re a family-run brand that ships adventure-ready gear with care and speed.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1 PM PST on a business day are usually processed the same day or shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 1 PM PST, or on weekends or holidays, ship within 48 business hours.
During busy seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
We do our best to ship quickly, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Depending on your location, your order may be handled by more than one carrier for final delivery.
Shipping Destinations
United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International: We ship to select countries. Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
If we can’t ship to your location, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard U.S. Shipping: 7–10 business days
Expedited U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless the carrier offers a guaranteed service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.
Flat-rate shipping is available for select U.S. orders.
Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, it’s in the carrier’s hands.
If your order is marked delivered but missing, check with neighbors or your local post office.
If it’s lost or delayed, file a claim directly with the carrier. We’re happy to help guide you, but we can’t refund or replace items once marked delivered.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Orders go to our fulfillment center right away, so we can’t modify, cancel, or change addresses once submitted.
We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
